We use several different varieties from several different locations. Click here for more information on where our chocolate comes from and our commitment to the Cocoa Farming Industry.
We use a large variety of the highest quality ingredients we can source locally, when available.
We recommend keeping all your candies in a cool dry place and out of direct sun light. You can also store our chocolates and candies in the refrigerator or freezer. Just remember when taking them out of the freezer we suggest doing so a day before and letting them thaw in the refrigerator to avoid condensation from forming on the chocolates. It won't hurt the chocolate it just might not look as pretty, but it will still taste great!
Sadly we hear this one a little too often. Your chocolate is still good, it just won't look as nice and the taste may have altered as a result of Chocolate Bloom. This is when the Cocoa Butter separates from the Chocolate solids and you get a milky or ashy color on the chocolate.
It is true we don't ship outside of Spain at the moment, but we are looking into shipping options to other EU countries. We are also looking at shipping to the United States, so stay tuned!
Many of our candies do not contain gluten or would be considered vegan. For instance Chocolate on its own is both Gluten Free and Vegan.
Here is where it gets a little tricky. Since we have only one kitchen and make all kinds of candies - some with gluten, some with milk, and some with nuts - we can't (won't) claim or certify that our candies are GF, Vegan or free of allergens. While we take care in cleaning everything, there is a chance there might be cross contamination.
We are a small artisan chocolate & candy shop and make all of our Sweets in small batches and all by hand, nothing is automated. Because of this we may run out of your favorite items from time to time.
This is also a good way to know what you are getting are some of the freshest Sweets on the market. You won't find things in shrink wrapped packages that can sit on shelves for who knows how long...
Since we are a small artisan Sweet Shop, we only have one kitchen, so there is always a chance of cross contamination.
We do use several known/listed allergen products, like Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Milk, Gluten in our kitchen.
